Homewood Suites by Hilton Cathedral City Palm Springs

I worked a late night event and didn't get to my room till almost 430 AM. When I got to my room I wanted to take a shower but the water was cold. Im not sure why there was no hot water but when I took another shower at 11 am the water was warm. That was the only thing I could complain about. The staff was super friendly. They allowed me a late check out, and considering that I didn't get fully to sleep until after I ate that wonderful breakfast at 7 am that was greatly appreciated. The bed was comfortable, the parking lot was clean and felt safe and the room felt clean. My only other critique is that that need to clean the shower head from time to time. The hard water really restricted the water flow out of the shower due to the build up.

Stayed here for a few days this week to be near my daughter in the hospital. I stay at home wood suite hotels weekly for work in another city and this hotel was a pleasant surprise it’s beautiful and the staff is so kind and welcoming. The check in staff allowed me internet access to get some work done before check in time. The room was clean and quite absolutely everything you need was provided. My only complaint is there were no available rooms for next week. Will definitely be back hopefully for a happy occasion. Thank you for making a stressful trip very relaxing and comfortable.

Hi Everyone — We stayed in this property for 1 night around end of dec’ 2025 and booked 1 bedroom suite. Overall, we had a decent stay. Property (4/5) : Pretty standard property. Location (4/5) : Slightly isolated from Palm Springs but pretty nice location. View (5/5) : Excellent view if u can take a mountain facing room. Room (4/5) : We booked 1 BHK Suite but it was very small. Overall decent. Breakfast (3.5/5) : free breakfast. Fruits quality and quantity both was not adequate. Team needs to work on this area for sure. Service (5/5) : We got very good service from the team. Starting from front desk to everyone was very helpful and courteous. Kitchen - yes Microwave- yes At summary, decent stay with Great View!

Booked a last minute, same-day reward stay at Homewood Suites Cathedral City just to get away and relax. Front desk agent, Angel, was outstanding! My basic room was upgraded to a double king bedroom suite with full kitchen. The customer service, attitude and friendliness was genuine and appreciated.

Lily (front desk manager) makes our stay special every time we come! She is amazing and we look forward to each visit! The rooms are also so clean and accommodating and they also offer a great breakfast!

I stayed here for three nights and overall I enjoyed the stay. The customer service was good and the complimentary breakfast was also good. The rooms are nice but the bathrooms needs upgrades! The shower head and knob needed to be replaced and weren't working that well. Also, the vent cover in the bathroom was loose and needed to be repaired. Overall it was a good experience, but the bathrooms need attention!

We had a nice 3-week stay. The beer was comfortable. A nice, quiet location with a great mountain view. Convenient to boot downtown and southern Coachella Valley spots. The kitchen was nice when we didn't want to go out after a long day. Housekeeping was a bit erratic about replenishing consumables in the room. We often had to go down to the desk to get something we'd used up. The A/C unit in the bedroom was extremely noisy. When we complained, they did something and it was only very noisy. (The unit in the living/kitchen area was almost silent.) The free breakfast was typical - adequate but neither very tasty or healthy. They did have breakfast tacos one morning which were pretty good, but they never repeated during our stay. They had some rental bikes which were clunky & expensive, but it was nice to get out and ride.

We recently stayed at the hotel for a mini-vacation to celebrate my sister's birthday, and our experience was fantastic! The hotel's proximity to our event was a huge plus, and we really enjoyed the beautiful views from our rooms. A special shout-out to Karisma at the front desk. She was incredibly nice & helpful. I had originally booked 2 studio suites, and for my sisters birthday she upgraded our rooms ,her generous upgrade allowed my sister to have her own room aside from her friends which I was able to decorate for her and surprise her. It truly made her birthday an experience we won't forget. Her thoughtful gesture made all the difference. Thank you again, we will absolutely be returning!
